ARD is collecting funds for the following expenses:
Attorney fees for ARD’s appeal of St. Paul’s decision to not require an Environment Impact Statement.
Attorney fees for challenging St. Thomas’s applications for site plan approval and building permits.
Creation and ongoing maintenance of this website.
Printing of lawn signs demonstrating opposition to the arena.
No board member or officer of ARD is receiving payment for their work.
